I love an impromptu girly night and after a beautiful, tasty meal at Ego Restaurant in Liverpool my friend and I couldn't resist the wonderful cocktails at sophisticated bar Alma De Cuba. According to their website www.Alma-de-cuba.com this converted catholic church is 'an eclectic mix of Cuban, Hispanic and Latin American influences' and it's certainly got that laid-back fiesta feel.
Sipping on cocktails with stunning names and flavours like From Poland With Love and Violet Martini was a real treat and the bartenders really put on a show, they're super friendly too.
